Bikes are amazing, customer support is fast and very helpful even late at night. 10/10 would recommend!

Don't use unless you are absolutely out of options
Do use if:
- despite no rain in 24 hours you want to have your bottom wet
- you want the app to crash at the end of the ride and not be able to close the ride
- you want the app to show no such ride
- you want to call help line and they don't pick up
- on the next day you want your card to be charged 30 eur for 20 minute ride
- you want the app to eat 50 pct of phone battery in 20 minutes

Terrible service
The bikes almost never unlock, customer service isn’t available 24/7 even though the bikes are unlockable at all hours.
Fun but expensive
Too expensive. It's cheaper to get a Spark or one of those mini scooters.
Also the set up is a paaaaaain in the....someone really should streamline the UI and set up gpay or apple pay.

Bikes are not serviced
Great idea, unfortunately the bikes don’t seem to be serviced very often or at all. In the past 2 weeks 4 out of 5 bikes I tried to rent had issues. Hope you start servicing them more often, so they can be actually used and not just decay and become another piece of trash in the city :)
Bad app
terrible app, never use it, it lags, doesn't let you rent a bike, doesn't let you complete your trip and just takes your money.
Why not cover most major bike lanes in Sofia?
Why are some neighborhoods privileged to have Cyrcl and not others? Why are Mladost, the business park, and other east neighborhoods deprioritized? The area is flat there.
Worst experience ever
I do NOT recommend you using cyrcl outside the city center of Sofia. QR codes does not work properly. App blocks when you try to reserve. But the worst of it all is locking the bike, you will spend eternity to find the right spot the leave the it although it seems to be in the zone.
The idea is good but the app should be ameliorated.

Колелата са неподдържани: изпочупени, ръждясали, скъсани вериги, неработещи спирачки. Услугата не е измислена добре. Ако имаше как да оценя приложението с 0 звезди, щях.
