開錠できない度にアプリ再インストールするんですか？

開錠できない。15分設定を確認し何度も試みるもエラーばかり出て開錠できない。オペレーターに電話すると、最終的にアプリを再インストールしてログインし直せと。もう時間がないので利用をキャンセルしたいと言うと、再インストールしても開錠できないと確認できなければ費用は請求されると。
こんなバカなアプリある？
設定が原因ではない謎のエラーが通常動作なの？それで請求するの？
自分の予定も狂ったしお金も時間も無駄になった。
こんなリスクの高いアプリ使えない。

利用時のスマホ通知設定の案内が分かりにくい

利用開始時にスマホの通知設定を許可にしておく必要があるが、iphoneの場合、通知方法をロック画面、通知センター、バナーの全てにチェックが入っていないとエラーになる。通知許可にしているだけたとエラーが出続けることがあるが、この仕様はアプリ内のFAQには書かれていないので自力ではなかなか解決できない。

早くマイナ免許証対応を

先日、免許の更新でマイナ免許証へ切り替えてしまい、サービスを利用できなくなりました。事前のマイナ免許証非対応の案内を見落とした自分の注意不足のせいではあるのですが、国の重要インフラ企業が提供するサービスですし、いち早くマイナ免許証へ対応をするよう改善してほしいです。
カーシェアを自ら提供する各社は既にマイナ免許証に対応済みのところも多いです。

はっきり言ってオススメしません

サポートセンターの対応が最悪でした。圏外の場所でアプリが起動しなくなり、どうすればよいかと問い合わせたところdカーシェアで対応できない→トヨタレンタカーに連絡しろ→トヨタレンタカーでも対応できない→ロードサービスに連絡しろのたらい回し。圏外で電波も通じにくいところなのにこちらに全ての対応を強いる。そもそも圏外で電波が通じなかったら車の鍵すら開けられなくなるのは致命的すぎる。やはり物理鍵が使えるタイムズなどに限る。
良いところはロードサービスを呼んだ金はかからなかったこと。待っていた時間を返して欲しいが。。。

docomoユーザーなのに登録できないエラー

他のカーシェアを利用しているが、なぜか免許証番号いれても登録でかないとなる。
全く失礼極まりない。ひどい
