Never works properly
This shouldn’t be rocket science. Locked out of account because it never remembers password. Did forgot password, still locked out. Deleted app. Reloaded app. Tried different email. Said another account active. Tried putting in the quick refill available in the grocery app. That didn’t work either.
What’s the point???
The app would be great if you could actually refill your prescriptions. Every one of mine says “Sorry your order can not be processed.” So I still have to call and for my refills.
Fixed after last update broke it
It’s all better now. Didn’t work for a few days after an iOS update but that was true of many apps. Great way to monitor status if prescriptions and know when you are eligible to order refills. Order through the app and they are ready fir my next grocery shopping trip. Love that
USED TO WORKED WHAT HAPPENED
This was an awesome app super helpful in refilling my scrips each month and looking at what my doctor has sent and other great info now it doesn't even work I surely hope this can get fixed I’d hate to have a need for a pharmacy transfer due to the inconvenience
Doesn’t Work
App worked ok on my android but will not go beyond the D&W logo on iPhone.
No longer works
I loved the convenience of ordering prescription refills. Since updating my phone to IOS 12.2 it will not open.
Used to be good....
but doesn’t seem to work at all with iOS11. Crashes all the time.
