Over all Great app
First off our family has really enjoyed DBat, and now having this app to use for the pitching machine is great! Booking things is a nice touch but in my opinion it could definitely be a bit more user friendly, but having the phone number to call and getting to know the staff is actually better to do then just using the app. Finally, I wish there was a way to remove individual from your account if needed I know it probably can be done at the store but it would be nice to do so from my phone as well.
Over all this app really does what needs to be done and is not as bad as several make it out to be. I will look forward to improvements as they come my way.

See if you are invited to share and account SWIPE to see the other persons account. Like guys were has the problem solving part of the brain gone! Any way cool app cuz I hit dingers. I like turtlez.

Multiple profiles cannot share swipes
My wife and I are new to D-bat. Account was made with her as primary. She “invited” me to join the account so that we can both take son to the batting cages. Problem is my login doesn’t have access to the swipes. I have been told to use the primary login. What was the point of the “invite?” Some one needs to look into this glaring gap in functionality.

App Not Compatible w/ iOS 18
The app does not work if you are running iOS 18. When you select the app it goes to the screen with the D-Bat logo and green background and freezes up. Please update the app to work with current operating systems.

Please update the app to work with iOS 18. All you get is a black screen and an immediate force quit. It still works on devices with iOS 17.

App is fantastic! Allows us to bypass any lines and use the pitching machines immediately! Also allows us to book all of our lessons directly from the app quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this app as well as the facility is incredible
Easy to use and book events
I really like this app because I use it all the time to book classes, lessons and to book my cage rentals. I think it’s great.
