Constant Connection Issues
Whenever you need it, it has connection issues meaning you can’t even see historical recordings. Very inconvenient. Looking into cancelling account because of the app alone.
App no longer works
You need to provide an update for the app to work with the latest iOS updates. The app does not currently work!
Video Gallery Causes Crash
Selecting the video gallery button crashes the app with iOS 15.
i hate it
this system doesn't record. I have two cameras in place and they aren't the problem. it's the recording equipment. If your little red light blinks it's recording. it it stays lit it's not. my system is connected to wi-fi so that's not the issue. i've tried reaching out to the installers and they suddenly don't exist.

Not Working
Your app does not work anymore. My camera feed is working in my house so it is your app. The app support is also down.

Fix the app already
Nothing but issues lately, it’s a joke to even open up the app. 90% of the time the camera feed doesn’t work. I know it’s not the cameras because I can see the feed at home. That doesn’t help when you are out

Overall the system is a great system. My cameras work perfectly and can view them nicely on my 60” flat screen. But when it comes to viewing my cameras on the app it’s hit or miss. Will work for about a week then it says try again. Tried calling a support number I was given and it starts off by asking for my banking info. Not going to happen. Something needs to be done about the app. Fix it please.

Does work
Every time they up date my video doesn’t work. 2 Nd time I’m waiting for trouble shooting call. Customer Service could use training in kindness to customers. I’m not happy with this service and will look for alternative viewing.

After the latest update it did fix a few main bugs that hindered the app useless, but the app all around could be more polished.
Need some bugs fixed
Too much lag and I have fiber 1000 internet so I know it’s not that. Also my main complaint is when viewing both cameras at the same time they are not live! It only shows live when you double tap. This is very annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP!

Latest update broke some functionality.
Namely when opening the app (at least on my system) it shows data is being downloaded or streamed, but the time stamp in the images is not changing. It is just a static screenshot of all 4 of my cameras. I can double click on one image and it will enlarge it and play it live, then another double click takes me back to an overview of all 4 cameras and at this point it is a live view.
Additionally, when rotating my iPhone the 4 images will not fill the screen in a live view as they would before.
They need to roll back this update to the previous version until these bugs are worked out.

Bad update
The latest update is horrible!! Really slow and jumpy. I don’t know what happened but it needs to be addressed in the next update, which I hope is very soon.
Updates doesn’t work with IPhone 6S
Used to be flawless, now the video is glitchy and sticks on single frames. Not a bandwidth issue, tested other model phones and not an issue, just on the 7 and older

I wasn’t in love with the app before the update, but it’s absolute junk now.
It takes forever to load the cameras and the lag is terrible when trying to swipe between cameras.
Not going to even complain about the dvr. It’s not worth it.
Please put some effort into fixing this mess.
