DaBus2 Retiring
I don’t like how they are retiring the app, this is so much difficult on transit than on DaBus2 where its more easier, I honestly would just use the website hea.thebus.org if thats the case, I just wanted to know I also use Pantograph which is more easier on tracking and shows schedules way much better then transit, pretty all, I will miss DaBus2 App

App was wonderful compared to the new option recommended by this app
As this app retired, there is a splash screen rerouting to an app called transit which is a complete downgrade and I find myself using Google Maps instead. The app they changed to has most routes and all express (and rail) lines hidden behind a paywall… and the times that are posted aren’t accurate at all

I love this bus app!
I’m sad that this app is being retired because it was developed in Hawaiʻi and I am disappointed to use an app developed by people on the mainland because they don’t understand Hawaiʻi. I really like the way the bus blinks and the driver has a big flower.
Travel With Ease
This has been my favorite bus tracking app for the past 2 years, and I’m sad to see it’s being retired. What I loved most was being able to compare the arrival times at various bus stops with ease and checking to see when my afternoon bus would arrive without having to start up a GPS. Thank you for the bus service.

Worthless app
Nothing works. The drivers are not helpful. Just useless
pretty good, still flawed
i use this app a lot when i have to catch the bus to downtown, and it works pretty well. however, there are still flaws. one of them is that the bus tracking system can be inaccurate (arriving late and coming when the system says it’s gone). i’ve seen multiple buses going the same route come at the same time and the system says like two of those three buses left already. another flaw is that if you wanna see the information for one of the new lines (a line, w line, or u line), it won’t show up, i don’t know why. however, the search system for a bus route or stop is reliable and pretty nice. make sure to use other apps like google maps or transit or something as support, but if you only can get this app, id say go ahead.

The Bus
I ride the bus to work. Today I waited at the stop for the for 10 minutes only for it to drive right by me without stopping. I could see that the bus wasn’t full, and the driver did see me but still didn’t stop
Never on time
The bus never comes on time. It’s always late or early like it’s usually 3 to 5 minutes late, sometimes even longer. And sometimes bus earlier than it supposed to say. Be better 👎
Arrival no estimated time! It still gives the time it arrive but no estimate time like in 4 minutes
Why does bus stop #296 show no gps on all the 4,6,A?
Bus Diver
Sometimes the bus driver comes 10-15 min too early. Some bus drivers won’t even stop. Which is a problem because some of them speed and the stop wire does not work. There are so many pedo’s and hobos that get let on the bus and start harrassing/trying to exploit MINORS/CHILDREN. I know this because my whole life from elementary-HS, this was a huge problem and I was targeted almost every single day. The bus driver does nothing, and the adults will just hear everything and yet they won’t do anything. They don’t care about your safety or well being. The only way is to cause a scene.

Without an intimate knowledge of the routes, stops, neighborhoods this app isn’t designed for use by tourists.

every time i try to search a route for the last month it's given me the same "failed to get the date. try again later." error message. pretty much haven't been able to use the app at all.
