Best bus app
Favourite bus app and have been using it religiously for a few years. Developers may wish to add an additional feature to notify users when bus is arriving so can keep a look out when the bus is approaching.
Bus Location Inaccurate
I was on my way to the bus stop and I always check the bus timing and location beforehand to ensure my journey is smooth and doesn't require me to stop and wait. The bus managed to drive past my stop and when it did, I was on the app, and it stated that the bus was still at the previous stop. Not only this happened, this morning on this very same day, the app stated it was arriving, so I was getting my card ready to board. But all of a sudden, the arriving suddenly became 22 minutes, and I have been at this bus stop for half an hour.

I have been enjoying the app. Always gives accurate bus arrival time. But It has been a while that the app is not updated. There is a new bus that ply by my place and it’s not included in the app. Pls update. Thank you
Unreliable bus timings
For those who commute to work/schl using bus should understand.
Nothing frustrates me more than having to realise that the bus timing says 3 minutes but then arrives earlier than it, resulting me in missing this bus and end up catching the other one 20 minutes later.
Even worse, when waiting, bus timing is very bipolar, timing keeps changing. From 7 minutes to 8 minutes, and finally decides to keep at 7 minutes for the next 10 minutes. Stop playing mind games with us commuters, it’s really not funny. It’s even more frustrating having kids with irresponsible parents letting them run around
Update: the app simply is getting more and more inaccurate, I’ve been late consecutively despite waking up on time thanks to it, don’t trust this rip off app, whoever created it simply wants people to be late and Mia’s their schedule, what intentions!
