Best bus app
Favourite bus app and have been using it religiously for a few years. Developers may wish to add an additional feature to notify users when bus is arriving so can keep a look out when the bus is approaching.
Bus Location Inaccurate
I was on my way to the bus stop and I always check the bus timing and location beforehand to ensure my journey is smooth and doesn't require me to stop and wait. The bus managed to drive past my stop and when it did, I was on the app, and it stated that the bus was still at the previous stop. Not only this happened, this morning on this very same day, the app stated it was arriving, so I was getting my card ready to board. But all of a sudden, the arriving suddenly became 22 minutes, and I have been at this bus stop for half an hour.

I have been enjoying the app. Always gives accurate bus arrival time. But It has been a while that the app is not updated. There is a new bus that ply by my place and it’s not included in the app. Pls update. Thank you
Unreliable bus timings
For those who commute to work/schl using bus should understand.
Nothing frustrates me more than having to realise that the bus timing says 3 minutes but then arrives earlier than it, resulting me in missing this bus and end up catching the other one 20 minutes later.
Even worse, when waiting, bus timing is very bipolar, timing keeps changing. From 7 minutes to 8 minutes, and finally decides to keep at 7 minutes for the next 10 minutes. Stop playing mind games with us commuters, it’s really not funny. It’s even more frustrating having kids with irresponsible parents letting them run around
Update: the app simply is getting more and more inaccurate, I’ve been late consecutively despite waking up on time thanks to it, don’t trust this rip off app, whoever created it simply wants people to be late and Mia’s their schedule, what intentions!

50% accuracy
50% of the time it comes as it says, the other 50% its completely off. For example, when it states 5-6mins, the total time it takes can be over 10 mins. Every minute in the app isn’t the same as real time. It also detects buses that don’t exist. Stating that a bus is coming in x minutes, but as you update, it disappears and gets updated with the next long time bus timing instead. Also instances where a bus goes undetected and appears. My experience using this app for a few months.

have been using this app for almost a year,its pretty accurate and good especially when you don’t know specifically the name of your bus stop as it has the location to pinpoint where your at,as compared to simplygo.
Unreliable bus arrival times
All Singapore buses are GPS equipped. Bus locations are reconfirmed at every busstop. Despite having all this data available, there are no reliable bus arrival projections available. Arrival times wildly jump up and down. This has been ongoing for years. I understand this app is not responsible for generating the bus arrival information but redistributes what it gets from another source. It’s like garbage in garbage out. So what are you doing about it.

Easy to use, can easily find bus stops and buses. Timing is quite accurate but not really on time. Bus stop name is shown for easy reference. I like that you can put hearts on those bus stops that you use frequently. Overall this app is easy to use and good! ♡

A reliable app with accurate timing. Easy to use with no bugs and even ads are not intrusive and small. Have been using for years and it’s snappy and I like the colour indicating whether the bus is crowded.

app sometimes says the bus is arriving in >20 minutes but the bus arrives 5 minutes later.
Timing also stays at “arriving in 3 mins” for more than 3 without changing. i keep getting heart attack when i see the bus timing. please fix

NEVER ACCURATE
预估的时间从来都不准。。
Please integrate it with iPhone’s Dynamic Island
It’s inconvenient to constantly check the timing. It would be great if it could be integrated with Dynamic Island, allowing us to select the bus we want to take and see a countdown timer. This feature is similar to how Grab shows car arrival times.
It is accurate, but many times inaccurate bus timings that makes you upset
It was a good app previously, but when this happened, I don’t wanted to use this app. I’m using this app for 1-2 years, but the bus timings is always inaccurate. I saw other people’s reviews, and some of them I agreed (even though 1 star). Today, there was 2 buses and the other 1 bus coming in same time, which I needed to board that one to go to school. I ran but those buses didn’t wait for me, and the app showed me that it’s both buses arriving in 11-14 minutes. I was late for school. But when before the bus arrived, I realised that I was waiting for over 15 minutes. Please fix this, for everyone using this app. Thank you.

This bus timing app is absolutely terrible—completely unreliable and inaccurate! The timings keep jumping unpredictably, especially for Bus 39. One moment it says 16 minutes, then suddenly drops to 10 minutes, or even worse, it jumps by huge gaps, not just one or two minutes but several minutes apart! This happens all the time! What kind of useless system is this? If the app can’t provide accurate timings, what’s the point of having it? Stop wasting commuters’ time with such a lousy, broken system. Fix it immediately!😡😡👎👎

this is probably the most accurate bus app I’ve ever downloaded ( and I’ve downloaded a lot of bus apps ) it immediately updates when a new bus is coming and it’s helps me so so much. Since I take the bus to school everyday, it really helps me when the bus app is actually accurate so I know when to leave my house and stuff. definitely download this app
