User reviews

I love DadLift!

DadLift is a genuinely useful app. You can tell it was designed by someone who really understands the chaos of parenting and family life. (Trying to fit a workout between naps!) The app is clean, easy to use, and actually helps keep everything organized… without feeling overwhelming!

What I like most is how practical and “dad-friendly” it is. It’s simple, efficient, and focused on what families (especially Dads) actually need. It’s rare to find an app that feels both polished and personal at the same time.

Highly recommend for any parent looking to stay more organized, involved, and on top of daily family life. Great concept, great execution, and excited to see how it continues to grow!

Finally an app that works with my ADHD

I’ve started many training programs only to stop early on because they offered too many choices. I appreciate flexibility, but they were toooo flexible. So I often found myself paralyzed/too tired to put workouts together. This app helps me take consistent care of my body by surfacing a select few world-class exercise routines backed by science. Now I can just focus on showing up at the gym. I also appreciate the frequent enhancements the developer makes to this app. Much appreciated!

Easy to use training app

If you don’t know how to train or where to begin, this app is for you. It breaks an intimidating, complex process into simple steps and exercises that help you build a routine. All you need is the willingness to start. The app handles the rest.
