About
Strong work behind the dancing.
Rosin is strength training built for ballet and contemporary dancers. Not generic fitness adapted for dancers — every program is designed around a specific dance problem, with exercises chosen for how they translate to the studio.
WHO IT'S FOR
Rosin is for intermediate and advanced dancers who already train daily and want strength work that complements their technique. The programs assume you know what a relevé is, what arabesque means, and what it feels like when your extensions drop in the second half of class.
HOW IT WORKS
Each program targets a specific weakness — weak ankles, low jumps, dropping extensions, unstable pirouettes, port de bras that tires, or turnout that collapses on landing. Programs progress through phases: build a foundation, layer in load, integrate at speed, then peak.
Workouts are 30 to 45 minutes. Equipment is minimal: a yoga mat, light dumbbells or a resistance band, and ideally a barre or sturdy chair.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- Multi-week programs targeting specific dance problems
- A library of exercises, each demoed and cued for dancers
- Workout player with timed work and rest and audible cues
- Progress tracking across programs and weeks
DESIGNED FOR DANCERS
Rosin is reviewed exercise-by-exercise by a working ballet teacher. The cues use ballet vocabulary because that's the language your body already speaks.
