They won’t fix it
Can’t get past certain screens and sometimes it doesn’t even fit my phone screen correctly probably 90% of the time actually
App does not work
I’m going to keep calling and complaining until you guys fix this. App crashes when you record, crashes when you switch to a different indoor head unit. Your other apps are much better so what’s going on here?
Please fix the app
Paid for the tool, paid for the class, only for the app to keep crashing on me. Please fix it

Unusable
App is basically unusable. Can’t even connect to the units
Does not work on iPhone 6 or iPhone 13
Does not get further than customer selection screen. Downloaded and deleted. Only up to version 1.1.32 but google phone is on version 1.1.39. Saw this app work fine on google phone with version 1.1.39.
Hopefully this can be resolved and app able to be used for iPhone users as advertised.

App is terrible
This app is terrible! Not user friendly at all. Multiple people trying to get app up and running for a training class and nobody could figure out how to get it setup! Make more user friendly.
Excellent tool
This is great tool for commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting. It would be good to see the ‘Simple Diagnosis’ from D-Checker built into the mobile app in the future, or making mobile recordings be able to work with that feature when imported in to D-Checker.

All sorts of UI issues, failures to connect to Bluetooth, failures to display data, and overall very confusing and unintuitive experience. iPhone 12 +latest OS as of time of review
Great Tool and App. However...
Have been using the Bluetooth monitor tool for the last 3 months and find it great for maintenance work.
Do have issues with the Bluetooth dropping out during Protocol selection and have found some models currently not available when selecting data file, example unable to collect information for the following model RZQ125D7V1B.

Since last update in February 2020, the app crashes when trying to email the data from the app to an email address.
