Terrible Customer Service

I went to cancel my membership (which seems can only be done through email) I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I simply stated that I didn’t realize it was a recurring subscription and wanted to cancel before the next billing cycle. The response I received was hostile and rude. They were adamant about not providing a refund (I never asked for one I know I was at fault) because it was in the terms and conditions and under the billing tab. Very very poor way to handle business.
