So I can’t do anything really on this app unless I pay $9.99 a week. I don’t get any meditations or anything. This is ridiculous.

This app is very useful, using it I can sleep better and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It reminds me to go to sleep and exercise every day when I forget. Highly recommend

This is a brilliant app that everyone would definitely want to have and use. It really gives me positive vibe. There are many things that I really loved about this amazing app. For example, you can connect your music, customize your space etc. It happens 5 minutes everyday. Even though it will seem like a small thin, it is simple practice and will definitely have a really positive and massive impact on you. Meditation at the reach of your hand
This app was a total bless for me, lately I been suffering from a lot of stress and have a lot of troubles to stay calm in diverse situations , even I couldn’t sleep at night. My mind change from negative to positive real quick, the meditation and breath exercises have helped me in a great way. Paired with a lot of nice affirmations I have become to improve everyday. no begging for buying premium
other affirmation apps i’ve looked at constantly beg you to buy premium or ad spam and it completely takes away from the entire point of the app… i like that this app doesn’t have that and allows all features openly. please keep it this way, or if you really want to make money just add very non invasive ads.
also, a suggestion i would have to make the app better would be to allow selection of multiple categories at once.

How do I change the notifications. I tried in the beginning but it wouldn’t let me change the time to PM so I moved on thinking I can do it later, well I can’t find an option to.

When it works…
It’s great when it works properly. The section I want and use it most for (Deepening My Relationships) will usually only play music and not do voiceover regardless of the settings. When the voice does play it gets stuck in a repeating loop of whatever the first affirmation is and doesn’t progress with the visual words. The website linked for support is also down so there’s no way to ask for help or report bugs. Unfortunate because when this app works it does wonders for me.

Visible affirmations change the game
Using widgets to see affirmations on a daily basis on my phone on every screen has been powerful. I don’t have to open the app. They are right in front of my face at all times b/c I’m on my phone so much. It’s a lovely little pause and Realization! Best Affirmation App!
I’ve tried a bunch of motivational and affirmation app but most sound have horrible background music and cheesy voices. This one one has good upbeat background music with different types of affirmations you can in a specific area to change your self talk with different timers for the kinda boast you need. Great app and I like the timers as well!
