Way to many ads
I love playing word grams but what gets me annoyed is that when you are typing or finishing typing a word a ad pops up even if you where about finish a ad pops up please make it where there can be less ads if that happens I will give it a 5 for now on I’m giving it a 1 if I could I would’ve given it a zero so please fix this.

type two letters, get an ad. type another two, get an ad. genuinely one of the most frustrating experiences i’ve had in a while. i love these types of puzzles but this app is NOT it.
THE ADS MADE ME UNINSTALL
Love the game but the ads kept popping up while I was trying to guess a word and made me so frustrated interrupting my thinking process. At least play an ad after winning a match but during the game every minute is insane.

Great game in general!, but ads every 20-30 secs is terrible.
Making us watch two ads back to back for hints is also terrible. Stay away from this game.

Expect bombardment of ads
Great game - but you cannot focus and play this without being bombarded with ads for other games or online shopping every 10-30seconds
Beware Has Actual Malware
Will randomly open up to a scam website in safari where you “win” a prize but you have to give up all your information first.

I LOVE and play Crossword/Wordgrams daily. When I saw the solo version, I thought it would be up against the computer. It’s not. Solo rates you and gives you points based on how long it takes you to do the ENTIRE crossword at one time. Meaning, if you start a game you have to finish it right then and there or risk being rated poorly and loose points.
This is no bueno. Example: I started a game and my kids distracted me for a few minutes. I still had my iPad in hand and awake (since I just started the game), however, when I put eyes back on the game 4 minutes had already passed. I finished the game in 2 minutes, but total time was 6 minutes on that particular game. I got a 1 start rating.
In my opinion: the game should be set up like its sister game so that, yes, I may have missed my turn that round, but, I would have had the opportunity for redemption the next round.
Additionally, if I pay a subscription for the sister app (crossword/Wordgrams), then solo app should be ad free once a player logs in and the account is verified.
Other than that….the app developers are awesome and the concept they have created, I’m loving it. Keep up the good job guys & gals.

Omg
I get that the ads is what makes the game free but to have ads pop up every five minutes in the middle of game play is super aggravating. I got so fed up with the interruptions I deleted the game.
Okay with way too many ads
This is a fun game but with way too many ads. I do understand that there is the option to pay to remove the ads but the subscription price is ridiculously high. Similar games are ad driven but have a more reasonable amount of ads in them.

Great concept, SUPER ANNOYING ADS
I’m a big fan of this style of crossword puzzle, it’s so unique and fun! But, the ads in this game are so annoying and pop up at the worst times. I literally was playing one game and 4 ads popped up all at times where I was just looking at my screen, thinking my of what the word could be. Seriously? There’s already a button at the bottom to play an ad for coins, and ads pop up at the end of a level automatically. Don’t have them pop up in the middle of a level! That’s just greedy and makes the game so unfun, I lose my focus and give up trying to play the game. Ads are ok but just don’t have them so the game is unplayable.
