Absolutely love, BUT
I love this app and subscribed and planned to keep it until I discovered that it doesn’t crossover from device to device as far as I can tell. I want to be able to sign in and view my progress and stats from my phone and iPad but that doesn’t seem to be an option. If this doesn’t get fixed soon, I’m considering switching to another option.

Not worth it
If you are like me and don’t want to pay for premium then it is not good
Won’t open
Every time I try to open the app, it just crashes. It’s the only place I’ve been keeping track of SH history which is important to know for my medical records. I’m just glad I haven’t needed to track anything new since it’s been down.
Update: two months later and it STILL won’t open. Really want to see my progress but can’t. Very disheartening

unable to open app
i’ve never had any trouble with the app before but recently it’s not been letting me open the app, i saw that someone else had the same problem and i’m not sure what’s causing it EDIT: the new update did not fix the problem, i still can’t open the app which means i can no longer see my progress with my SH it’s very upsetting

its a good app and ive been using it for a while but its not letting me open the app anymore?? ive tried like everything to fix it and nothing has worked, is it js a problem on my end? i cant open the app so idk how many days clean i am anymore. its been like this for a few days so idk

Very good but…
I like that you can choose which subject you want to work on but the thing is that you can or don’t have to pay for the better of “premium” and I don’t want to do that so I didn’t but other that that it is a very good app

Problems
The idea is a good one, but I am having problems getting it to work without it freezing so I have to delete it, then it won’t let me back in. I have been charged 2 times for the same app on different cards. I had a subscription but I let it go a few months ago, and then it wanted me to subscribe , so I did, then it wanted me to renew and I was confused so I was confused and did that. so I think that’s where it charged me twice but I need help with this, and letting me into the app. The app I renewed even had all my information in it still. Which was nice I just need help getting into the app I renewed and being charged twice. Also there are 2 different apps that I think are basically the same and when you are using them it gets confusing. I really need help and appreciate it if you would help with double charge and getting into my renewed app. Thank you

It was okay
I was going to use it to track my period and self-harm, depression and other things, but I realized that you need to pay to have more than three habits… so, that really was it for me. I don’t use this app anymore and I feel that I could have been a good app if most useful features were free.

I have depression and anxiety I suffer with this app has made me feel different about my self and it has realy helped me with my anxiety and depression because they are very bad I suffer with so this app has helped me alot to cope with my life
