Learn Chinese without opening an app. Daily Mandarin puts one Chinese character on your home screen and lock screen every day. You glance at your phone, you see it, and it sticks — no session to start, nothing to open. WHY IT WORKS Spaced repetition, not random flashcards. Every character you learn is scheduled with the SM-2 algorithm, so the ones you're about to forget come back first and the ones you know well fade into the background. Ordered by HSK level. New characters arrive in HSK order, 1 through 6, so you build on what you already know instead of jumping around. Characters in context. Every one comes with pinyin, an English meaning, and an example sentence showing how it's actually used. Already know a character? Mark it learned and move on. Simplified or traditional, your choice. An optional daily reminder, at a time you choose, nudges you if you haven't reviewed yet.
