Disappointing
I have had daily snap for several years now and have enjoyed capturing my years through this app and especially liked that you could add as many snaps per day as you wanted. However throughout the years I’ve noticed the app tends to be laggy/ have had issues logging in/ issues with loading snaps. In the past customer support has been pretty quick to help me resolve these issues. Now I am going through a similar issue and have not been able to get help at all. I was having an issue with the past snaps from my story not loading within the app. I was a bit worried since I had about six months of snaps captured already. I decided to try and delete the app and redownload it to see if it would help. Now I am no longer able to login and as I had mentioned I have not had help from customer service. I have received one email from them saying I need to be Pro to download my snaps. Firstly, I am Pro which they would know if they had looked into my account at all. Secondly, that is not the issue I have as all users should be able to see their snaps within the app. I am very disappointed with this app and it’s lack of customer service as well as the fact that it continues to have issues with the app itself for years that they have not figured out

Edit: when I left this review I actually received help and was given Pro for free for a year. Yet here I am again in November 2024 and having the same issue. I’ve been emailing customer service for weeks now with no response. I hope editing this review will get them to actually give me a response. But everyone save yourself the hassle and use another app. Your snaps will disappear and you will not receive help at all. I’d honestly give them zero stars if I could

Do not buy, app breaks down and bugs are no longer being fixed
I regret buying this app right before my wedding day in 2018, hoping that it would enable me to record a second a day as advertised. Almost immediately, I started having issues with it and their customer service never bothered to help me or debug. Then I noticed that they are no longer updating this app to fix bugs, so I guess that explains it. Bottom line is it stopped working and I lost a bunch of memories I thought I would have forever, including those precious first few months after my son was born. Going to try a different app instead, as should you.
