Could you please add a function where a folder in the apps keeps all your daily fortunes so you can look back on them?
Ads are annoying
I’ve used daily bean everyday since 2022 and recently there are too many ads and online purchasing in my opinion. When I first got app, it felt like just a place where I can write down anything I felt. Now, you need to buy to use any extra designs, and every time you write an entry, you get an ad after. Recently, they even added an extra ad on the bottom of your screen. I just think it’s disappointing that I’ve been a loyal user for 4 years and yet everyday Im subjected to these ads. I come to write about my feelings and the ads make everything seem artificial. It just doesn’t feel as welcoming and real anymore.

Nothing seems to be free in this app without ads - it tricks you into filling and customizing your dashboard, and then doesn’t let you save without either subscribing for a trial or watching ads.

Ads for every entry? You’re joking right? Don’t waste your time with this and instead download Daylio which is way better.

I love Dailybean SO MUCH. I always tried to start a journal at home, but my hand gets tired and I just give up. But Dailybean has made it so much easier and better! I love the themes a lot too

i wish this app had a one time lifetime payment for the features instead of a hefty annual/monthly fee. i would be willing to pay that but i hate adding to my list of subscription to worry or bother with. the lack of life time purchase gives me a sad bean today. :(

This is an amazing app, but I would also like to be able to go back on certain tracked days to review them or even edit them. Unless this feature is already in it and I don’t know how to access it.

its super cute. 💗 i know there’s a feud between this app and finch, but i use both. 🍉their free versions are both good! 🌊 also for themes, i’d choose dog. ✨ you can keep track of moods, menstruations, and excercise. idk how to spell it 😭🙏. also it works well for my mom who uses it and me so for like it works for middle-aged and young-aged people lol.🎀 Def recommend! idrc about clovers or whatever. I also have a streak issue so im never deleting this app bc of the streak 🫶

Ok in this review I will not sugarcoat things and will be completly honest. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A REVIEW, THIS IS IT.

Well i noticed that when looking at the negative reviews for this app, there was a lot of criticism about there being too many ads. For the ads, there is an ad every time you want to save your daily journal log. But for me, this isn't too big of a problem because when there comes a time there is an ad, i just put my phone face down and enjoy life for 30 seconds.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
There was also negativity about the subscription. I don't have lots to say about this. The app does find ways to drop little hints that it would like you to buy the subscription. But I don't have the subscription and the app works just fine for me.
CLOVERS AND THEMES
Clovers are just the in game currency you can use to get themes for your calender to make it look cute. There are 3 new themes released monthly. You can only watch 3 ads a day to get clovers if you want them.
OVERALL
Overall, i like this app! The aesthetics are nice and it is useful.

Best app ever
I honestly love this app so much it’s unbelievable
It really is the simplest journal!
I love DailyBean sooooo much! I love the little “beans” you can choose and the overall vibe. As I said, when it says simplest journal, they know what they are talking about! DailyBean=AMAZING!!!!!!!
Like it but not worth it
I like this app but I thought that by paying for premium I would get access to themes without having to earn or buy clovers. If the themes were free with premium I would keep using it but it’s honestly not worth it, specially because premium is not cheap! Also, I wish I could create calendars to track activity and other things in their own calendars. Overall I like the concept but its not worth it.

My honest opinion.
Very good app that’s going to pay for a bit of it, but even the free part of it’s really good and not a lot of adverts. You do have to watch one every time they’re saving a day.
