Very bad experience
Unfortunately, my experience with Daily Mealz was disappointing. The meal portions were much smaller than expected, making it difficult to justify the price.
The delivery process also needs improvement. The driver did not call before arriving and didn’t provide an estimated arrival time, making it inconvenient to receive the order.
What frustrated me the most was the refund process. After my subscription was refunded, I noticed that one additional meal was deducted from my balance, even though I expected a full adjustment. This left me feeling that the issue wasn’t handled fairly.
Overall, I expected much better service and transparency. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the customer experience.

Poor quality food
