very disappointed
I ordered a meal plan last week and spent some time putting my meal together and the dishes looked really delicious. I have been waiting for my meal to be delivered and I have been trying to get in contact through the support app but no answer. I finally find the number for the hotline and I was told that my meals can’t be delivered and it takes up to 8 to 14 days for a refund. I don’t understand. Luckily, I was told I will get the entire refund, but I’m still very disappointed and I wish I could write a better review.

Failure to deliver food without compensation
If you’re in Saudi, the market is full of subscription services that treat the customer much much better than this.
I subscribed for a week to try it out, the courier arrived at my work location before 6am. No entity opens its door that time, especially in Saudi, most private and government entity start 8-9.
The courier arrived before 6, it was closed. He refused to come back later, the order was cancelled, no refund or extra day was provided. I had to change the location to my home, to arrive two days later in the evening.
Of course i contacted customer service (Marah) whoever that is.
She says its my fault as the time to deliver is 5-8am.
Fortunately in Saudi, we have a lot of other subscription services, so we’re in no need of this.

Inconsistent
Unfortunately the app is inconsistent. Sometimes it activates on opening so you can see your plan, sometimes it does nothing as if you do not have a subscription. It has no option to log in or log out - it just needs to activate itself and check your mobile. 50 per cent of the time it fails.
