Metal in My Food on Day 2 — Outrageous and Dangerous
Only my second day using fresh house and I found a piece of metal in my food. I threw up and was left completely disgusted and furious. This is not just a mistake — this is a serious health hazard. I contacted customer support immediately and got zero response. No apology. No urgency.
This is flat-out dangerous and completely unacceptable from a paid service. I’m canceling my subscription and warning everyone I know. I’ll also be reporting this incident to the Department of Health. If this service can’t ensure basic food safety or handle emergencies properly, it should not be in business.
