App is not being updated
Why am I paying for an update that won’t update and does not display what is new clearly. Even on WeHear books that have been out for over a year is marked new makes no sense

I really do love this app
I really do love this app, but I currently been running into this problem where I paid for the monthly subscription and it charge me for the monthly subscription and the weekly subscription and two days after I got my refund back from the weekly subscription I didn’t have full access to all the stories, but when I look it up, it still says that my monthly subscription is still active and is not ready to be renew until December 8, 2025
I have no hate for this app. I truly do love it. so I really do hope somebody will be able to get in contact with me so we can figure this situation out. ☺️

What little I have used this app, I instantly noticed and loved that you are able to get a lot of coins from doing certain tasks. Competitors may do this too, but I say bravo to you becuse you give out at least 5x the amount of coins than the other reading apps give.

I’ve been having issues with the app for a few weeks now. I have logged out and back in. A few of my fav books that were on going have been taken off completely. I hate to unsubscribe but i may have to if issue can’t be resolved. I really enjoy this app way more than others but there seem to be too many bugs in the app ruining my experience

I’ve been having issues with the app for a few weeks now. My library now consists of 9 books only. I have logged out and back in. Did everything I was advised to do and now I’m left with the 9 books I just recently saved in last 2 hours or so. My saves books since having this app with a subscription are lost. When going to save more books others are getting deleted. I hate to unsubscribe but i may have to if issue can’t be resolved. I really enjoy this app way more than others but there seem to be too many bugs in the app ruining my experience with it.

The newest update is awful
I love this app but the newest update has stopped me getting personal updates on books I’m listening too on my calendar there are also several books I no longer have in my library because they are apparently no longer on this app it’s really pissing me off and honestly stop the AI/animatronic voices there are loads of amazing voice overs actor/actresses stop using AI because it’s ruining amazing books. There are boos I want to listen to but won’t because it’s a computerised voice and I have no patience for it because it can’t always say things correctly or in the right way it’s all flat with no emotion at all!! Get it sorted or I’m cancelling and deleting altogether!

Terrible update
I am unable to find any of my books that I was listening to
DON’T LIKE THE NEW VERSION
With the new version it didn’t transfer all the books in my library. I have to go back and look for the ones I haven’t read that I had in my library. Also when I added the books I go back to my library and scroll to the bottom and some books I added isn’t in there. I pay a monthly subscription, but if I still have problems I may stop paying.

Listening time
Through the search bar I can not find a lot of the books. The ones I can find they pop up randomly under related books and or home tab. Listening time allowed me to find those books again and adding them to my list or favorites. Now I can’t search for them or go back to listening time to find them because you removed listening time and limited the amount of my books viewed on my list. The drama section makes absolutely no sense because there is no acting no drama. Please figure out why the search doesn’t find all books or put back listening time so I can find them again because I know I have listened to some of the story and can find it there.

Great books app could also use..
Love the stories. Some of the narratives are robotic or start normal and then mid book change. I seem to have lost half my saved books since the app has changed and can’t find them. Also it would be great to be able to organize from favorite to completed to still reading or not finished.
Terrible Update
This was my favorite app until the update cleared out my library. A lot of the titles don’t even come up in a search and were found via recommendation pop ups. Sending feedback only gets you a programmed unhelpful answer.
