New mobile app
Love the new mobile app! It’s so much easier to deposit checks and log in now. The new design also looks so fresh and clean, definitely happy with their upgrades.
Old app was better
This app does not work with newer technology. Just to deposit a check, I have to use my 7 year old iPad. Very disappointed in Dakotaland.
Mobile Deposit
The mobile deposit has always been a problem, but it’s even worse on the new app. I’ve tried countless times to deposit a check with no luck. Considering I live out of state now, it’s almost impossible to get into the bank during business hours so this is a huge hindrance.
Sort it out
The mobile deposit barely works on iPhone 14 Pro Max that has a better camera than the iPhone 11 I had to do my deposit on

Constant problems
Have to set up a new user name and password to use app, once you figure that out you can get into the app but now there are no statements available or tax docs even though signed up for e-statements and have received nothing in the mail. This app was a complete downgrade from what they had before.

Update: App works fine. What they don’t tell you is that you have to go to their website and make a completely new user name and password.

Seriously dakotaland. I was planning on switching banks anyways due to your crappy customer service but now it’s a no brainer. I’m using the correct username and password and I can’t log into my account. I have no more patience for you. Bye bye dakotaland.
Mobile deposit does not work on iPhone
Mobile deposit does not work on iPhone because the app does not switch the camera to macro and there are no settings or choices to allow the user to do it within the app. This is a serious failure and a huge step backwards from the old app.

it doesn’t let me log in at all, said my password or user is wrong and i know its all correct.

Much better than previous app. Now we can see all the accounts in a single app.
Fix the app!
I could get in with the old app and now that same username and password don’t work! Have not been able to get in since the change. So frustrating
Login/Log out
Very generic even for an IT pro like me. Where’s the log out option? Leaving an open login is unacceptable- period. Suggest the developers first use a service before designing one!

Not happy at all
Not liking this app one bit. Every time I try to log in they are having technical difficulties it says to use my password when I try to use my password it still doesn’t load. I’ve only been able to use the app twice, once with the help of Dakotaland assistant and the second time I had to reset my password please fix this it’s ridiculous😡
