Downloading statements is difficult

I hate this app.
My password frequently stops working and locks me out of my account then have to call the bank during normal business hours to get access to my accounts again which is just great on a Friday night and you can’t access your account until Monday.
The Reset Password never sends an email. Tried setting up an account for my wife so we can access accounts but it says “we are having technical difficulties”.
They use outdated and no longer recommended security practices like expiring passwords and security questions. It’s awful. I’m flabbergasted as to how this app says 4.8 stars. I can’t wait to be done with this bank so I don’t have to deal with this app anymore

Observation
The card feature is not showing on my iPad but is showing on my android phone
Logging in
Almost half the time you try and log in, the app gives you an error code. Have had to reset my password because of this multiple times. Very much of an inconvenience.
