App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing every time i try to use it, please fix this issue.
Not included all branches
The application currently does not include all branches, why the services available only for Riyadh’s branches- for Khobar branch patients are required to download a different application and unfortunately it’s not functioning properly- I believe hospital is striving to compete with leading of healthcare providers in Saudi Arabia, such Dr. Sulaiman AL Habib medical group, achieving this requires seamless and dependable digital platform that patients can trust and rely on .

Wrong data
I can’t sign up because of the wrong data set in your database even though I updated my info on the hospital already!! You have to update the database frequently to avoid these issues

Horrible app. I’m unable to register or reset my password. I can log in to the website but not to the app, and I don’t understand why the hospital didn’t consider the customer journey when designing this application.

Excellent App
Very user friendly easy to use. Some errors appear to have technical meanings for example when trying to book an appointment as a guest and the Dr. Is not available for the selected day (vacation) on the colander. The system gives a “ data base error…..!!…”

The app crashes a lot. Specially when trying to view reports such as lab results or sick leave report

البرنامج أصبح بعد التحديث أسوء من السيء، البرنامج السابق كان جيد جدًا و يخدمنا بشكل جيد. لكن بعد التحديث (لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله) دائما يعلق و بطيء و لا أستطيع أستعراض معلومات أفراد العائله. After the update, it became worse than the worest, The older version it was very good. It hangs a lot, slow and can’t browse my family members information.
