Worst App!!
Guess Team at Dana Choga has Tech Deficient quotient. Extremely pathetic location updation mechanism. No way saved addresses get popped up while you order.
Worst Technological App
Worst app technology wise i have seen so far. There order cannot be added. If by any chance added payment will get deducted because yhe app is slow and order will not be taken.
Extremely Disappointing
The last three orders from the outlet at ILD have been delayed beyond reasonable time with no intimation. I have had to call and enquire about the delay.
Today, I ordered Kung Pao gravy. The delivery time was given as 60 minutes. The delivery took a little over 90 minutes. Further, the item delivered is some Sweet and Sour kind of gravy but is majorly tasteless. I have taken photographs, in case one would like to see them.
The outlet at Nirvana Courtyard had great delivery service and the food was delicious. It is surprising that there is such a difference in the quality of flavours and texture when there is a central kitchen.

This app is not working. When I go to the App Store and press open, then at the app it says “please restart the app” ?!?!

delivery in 80 mints 😡
I had order 1st time through Dana chooga online services , delivered to me in 95 mints 😮just distance for 2 km
However also very bad experience from their customers care service manager he hold my call for 7 mints 😡

Bad experience
Never had such a bad experience with any of the restaurants, I placed an order, waited for an hour, food does not get delivered . I call them up to check, they say it’s on the way . I called again after an hour, answer we are sorry there was payment failure at App so can’t deliver food, guess what! that too when I called up twice to check why food is delayed .
Ideally, if payment was failed then you should have delivered food and your I could have paid to delivery boy .
But clearly someone is not thinking !

So-so app
The app works fine and the food is good but the navigation is terrible. You should make it so we can reorder the same food as the last time. Your menu is difficult to navigate on the app but once I have found what I like, you should make it easier to order the same thing instead of taking a screenshot and searching for the same items.

The food is by far the best mughlai I have eaten in Gurgaon.. too good to resist.

Our order was butter chicken and rogan josh, daal and indian breads.The bill also said so. But boxes contained of two chicken dishes and no mutton. These dishes were totally tasteless.Breads were too greasy. Slipping out of foil and fingers too. Usually good food but yesterday was a absolute no no and totally embarrassing for us to serve this kind of food to our guests. No one ate properly. Daana Choga an absolute no no for future. Seriously we were embarrassed to serve this food to our guests who were not from Delhi.

Crediting points
While placing the order you give many points for redemption but while redeeming the same it is done miserly only 8 % of the bill even it is more than Rs 500 .this is unfair .the limit of 500 be reduced to 300 .besides the breads are soggy & not crisp
Lost it’s quality
Regular customer but I suppose Dana Choga wants to not to do their food business properly as before it used to be for past 10-15 years earlier; have given end number of suggestions/comments but no improvements & more of false commitments that next time the order will be much better. Seriously you guys should stop making especially chicken afghani for your guests-which means your loyal & regular customers. Kindly please look into this matter. Thanks.

Food has always been top class at Dana Choga, it serves the best butter chicken in Gurgaon. The app is also customer friendly and, it was an easy process ordering through the app. Also got my loyalty discount. Been eating from Dana Choga for almost 15 years now. And it’s always been good.
Worst experience with this app
I ordered my food via this app and it took my order, after waiting 60 mins when I called them they said they did not received any order and lie saying they have received order and will reach in 10 mins but it came after 1 hr.Never use this app again.😡😡SHAME ON U DANA CHOGA LYERS
