Will not connect to the earphones to try to use the translator which is the reason for me buying the headphones reached out for support and still not help will be returning item. And would give 0 stars if I could

I have tried different email addresses and passwords when registering my device. Always comes back with “Incorrect Email or Password”.

Awful. Do you want the weather in Chinese cities? It works. Want weather in your city in America, nope. Instructions are impossible to read. Tried translating using TV, awful. Bad translation and just a few words in every paragraph spoken. It does what any generic ear bud does, so if you’re looking for translating, keep looking. Awful cartoon on holder I can’t get rid of.

I tried to set up an account and every time I tried to login it said wrong password or username! I tried to reset it sent a code and I changed the password and I tried to logon again and it says it’s not correct! You can’t use any of the other parts of the app because it says you have to log in! I am really disappointed in the product

Register keeps invalidating
This app is honestly disgusting. I'm trying to login after done with the register, once I try logging in, it keeps saying It's invalid and won't log me in. Don't get this trash
APP SUCKS IF I COULD GIVE LESS STARS I WOULD!!!
I have downloaded app, but that is as far as I got. The app keeps saying it can’t find my device. I have emailed to get help and Jennifer keeps telling me to follow the directions in the Dana Mate app. I have tried so many times but it still doesn’t work. I tried on 3 different devices ( iPhone, iPad and android).

Worst app ever!
You can’t get past the logon. Doesn’t work at all!!!!! Says you need to register. You do, says it succeeded then when you logon says its invalid. It’s an infinite loop that never ends!!!
