App stopped working within a few day

The process to cancel a subscription is extremely difficult. The only reason they are in business is because it’s an inconvenience to have to cancel a bank card. They get ZERO stars
Not reliable
I am sick of the system after five years. I’m going to have to cancel. The one time I really really needed this that someone attempted to steal my car for the police, how embarrassing I couldn’t give it to them because there’s some kind of glitch going on. Furious with this. the whole reason for a security system is to feel secure and get on camera what is needed to make me feel safe and this was a total fail!

Last update crashes app
I cannot view any camera after the last update. The last update causes the app to crash every time I try to load a camera.
App wil not open
App worked well , until today , with the release of version 5.9.51 now does not work on iPhone 16 pro max with iOS 18.4.1
Do not update!
This last update made the app unusable for me. It crashes or won’t load any camera feeds or recorded video.

The latest update breaks the functionality of the app. As soon as app is launched and camera view is loaded, it will self-close without any errors. Also, when you try to look into the device memory card, it will self-close. The app is completely useless with the latest update. Can you please fix or revert back?

我在2018年买了一套带4摄像头的监控，用了一年多后，其中有一个就出现蓝屏，摄像和照片都是灰色，后来跟售后联系，售后寄给我与我买的那套监控不配套的一个摄像头，售后说我买的那套已经停产了。到了2024年底，又有一个摄像头出现灰色视频和照片。在2025年，手机Danale App更新一段时间以后，监控根本停止了。现在我重新安装DanaleApp，开始配备添加设备，无论如何就是加不了设备。制造的就是垃圾货。
Fix the rotation!
I got excited when I seen the release notes, but nope. Still can’t rotate. Well soon I’ll be replacing these cameras and never again.
I would not recommend this app
I have use this app with Momentum cameras for 8+ years now and I am just fed up with the glitches the app crashing, it also signs me out very often and I have to sign back in. Another issue that happens when trying to refresh the cameras I get the "connection strength is weak tap to refresh" message which is very annoying and all the cameras just freeze frame the last view that it had captured and there are critical times when I need to view my cameras when I'm not at home this has happened and I have to wait untill I get home to reset everything when something could've happened to my home and I'm not able to view my cameras, I'm swapping everything over to Geeni cams and app in which I have as one exterior camera and that app has never failed me.

I have reached out through email and asked for help my cameras do not load I have done Everthing suggested on their HELP page yet nothing allows the 6 cameras to load live footage! Danale needs to help TECH SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER
I have spent 22 hours this company gives you verification code but then doesn’t allow you to hit the next button. There is no next button so I can’t verify my account and I need to put the cameras back on my home system and nobody contacts you or you can’t reach anybody with this company to help you it’s a joke. I’m disgusted.
