The process to cancel a subscription is extremely difficult. The only reason they are in business is because it’s an inconvenience to have to cancel a bank card. They get ZERO stars

Not reliable

I am sick of the system after five years. I’m going to have to cancel. The one time I really really needed this that someone attempted to steal my car for the police, how embarrassing I couldn’t give it to them because there’s some kind of glitch going on. Furious with this. the whole reason for a security system is to feel secure and get on camera what is needed to make me feel safe and this was a total fail!

Horrible

The app keeps crashing now. April 21, 2025

This is a horrible system. Right from the beginning, the problems just keep getting worse. I guess it’s time to move onto a better system that’s more reliable.
