OMG, this has everything and more that any dance enthusiast could ask for. I can’t say enough about this site, the instructors are fabulous, the diversity is phenomenal, every little nuance in every style has been explained to the max (no pun intended Max) and I am a dance & co follower for life!!!

Amazing!

Love the different styles and many options to choose from! Great teaching way to follow and fun! Love technique lessons too! I do wish there some options to find good music to dance to.

Love this app!

So many great workouts to get you moving! You can really engage no matter your starting fitness level and make no mistake the HIIT workouts are HARD! You’ll never get bored, might learn to dance and get a dancer’s body! This is my 2nd year and still love it.

So many great workouts to get you grooving, your body fit, and make you feel SO energized. Dance is the BEST exercise and this app does NOT disappoint. Beginner or experienced there is something for everyone
