No idea how these creeps got my bank details but they just charged me £53.90 via pay pal with no authorization from me - not using their app or their platform not receiving anything from them - and am concerned about weather I shall get my money back after reading all the dreadful reports about this scam company on line

I am writing to formally dispute recurring charges for an application that I purchased only once and cancelled afterward. I no longer use this app, and it does not appear in my list of active subscriptions or apps; however, I continue to be charged every year without my authorization.
I reported this issue last year, but despite my previous complaint, I was charged again this year. I did not authorize this renewal, and I request an immediate investigation into why these charges continue to occur.
I am requesting a full refund for the charge that was recently made to my account, as this renewal was not authorized and the cancellation had already been requested previously. I also request that you immediately cancel any existing subscription associated with my account, ensure that no future charges will be processed, and provide written confirmation that this issue has been resolved.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and confirmation once the refund and cancellation have been completed.

Even restoring purchase as I have grandfathered in the lifetime as an early buyer of the app, now even after they say have full access, I have limited access to the content compared to what they used to offer.

I wasn’t sure I was going to like this. Boy was I ever wrong. I do a work out every morning and it really sets me up for the day. The exercises are amazing and I feel like I’m in a class. I’m so thrilled I got this app!
