Cancel Subscription
I had a subscription via the website and I’m trying to cancel via the app by pressing the cancel button and keep getting an error message. When I login on the website, I get bombarded with different payment options when all I want to do is cancel my subscription 😡

They will charge you even when you unsubscribe, then when you try to request a refund, it tries to send you to Apple support, which doesn’t even show your subscription! Good luck, trying to get a hold of them to report a problem!

J’ai installé l’application pour tester avec la formule d’essai à 1,99€ pour une semaine. J’ai résilié mon abonnement et depuis un prélèvement de 19,99€ est fait par l’application sur mon compte bancaire alors que je n’ai même plus de compte.

I have tried to cancel my subscription twice now First time it said my account was cancelled, so I was under the impression that it was, until they tried to take money out of my account the next month!!
Both times when I click on the ‘cancel subscription’ button it goes grey as if it’s frozen and that’s it. Nothing happens! And you continually try to take money out of my account each month!! I’ve emailed support for this to be fixed, but now reading other reviews it looks like nothing will get done. I’m quite annoyed!!

Very Difficult to Cancel
Be wary! This app is okay, but it is very difficult to get out of your subscription. You will be charged more the next year and cancelling is extremely difficult. They won’t respond to your emails and the parent company is famous for this behavior. There is even a class action lawsuit in Mew York because of the difficulty in cancelling your “subscription.”
