Ohne Widgets
Ich finde es an sich gut aber mich nervt dass kein Widgets hat…ein großer Minus Punkt. Ich benutze seit einen Jahr gab es leider immer noch kein Update mit Widgets… ich werde es nicht mehr benutzen

Cancel Subscription
I had a subscription via the website and I’m trying to cancel via the app by pressing the cancel button and keep getting an error message. When I login on the website, I get bombarded with different payment options when all I want to do is cancel my subscription 😡

They will charge you even when you unsubscribe, then when you try to request a refund, it tries to send you to Apple support, which doesn’t even show your subscription! Good luck, trying to get a hold of them to report a problem!

J’ai installé l’application pour tester avec la formule d’essai à 1,99€ pour une semaine. J’ai résilié mon abonnement et depuis un prélèvement de 19,99€ est fait par l’application sur mon compte bancaire alors que je n’ai même plus de compte.

I have tried to cancel my subscription twice now First time it said my account was cancelled, so I was under the impression that it was, until they tried to take money out of my account the next month!!
Both times when I click on the ‘cancel subscription’ button it goes grey as if it’s frozen and that’s it. Nothing happens! And you continually try to take money out of my account each month!! I’ve emailed support for this to be fixed, but now reading other reviews it looks like nothing will get done. I’m quite annoyed!!

Very Difficult to Cancel
Be wary! This app is okay, but it is very difficult to get out of your subscription. You will be charged more the next year and cancelling is extremely difficult. They won’t respond to your emails and the parent company is famous for this behavior. There is even a class action lawsuit in Mew York because of the difficulty in cancelling your “subscription.”

Mi-au luat bani de 4 ori și nu pot da cancel subscribe. Mincinoși!
Le-am dat 6 mailuri sa mi anuleze subscriptions, întrucât nu le funcționează pop ul atunci cand pun pe aplicație anulare, nici de pe laptop. Și tot ce au fost capabili ei sa facă e sa încerce sa mi mai ia odată banii! Lipsiți de responsabilitate și mincinoși.
PS: a mai trecut o luna, oricum îmi iau bani și nu mi rezolva problema. Nu au răspuns la niciun mail.

Canceled and still charging
The app is only ok. I canceled and they keep trying to charge my credit card 19.99 a week.

Bardzo fajna apka, ale po wprowadzeniu planu na pierwszy dzień wymusza wykupienie subskrypcji. Bez tego nie da się dalej korzystać z tej aplikacji. Niestety muszę skasować i poszukać innej, bezpłatnej
No response, not user friendly
I tried to cancel my subscription on the app it asked me to login but it’s not recognizing my password.
I’m tried to do a password reset but no matter what I try to do after I enter a new password, i click on Reset password and nothing happens at all. I have emailed twice and tried to reach out on FB and no response.

Funktionsfehler
Seit ein paar Tagen kann ich ab dieser Woche keine Aufgaben mehr hinzufügen. Egal, ob ich sie aus der vergangenen Woche dupliziere oder sie direkt im Tag erstelle. Auch das ausloggen und wieder einloggen sowie das deinstallieren und neu installieren hat nicht geholfen.

Ripped me off
They claimed a free trial for a few days. Yet, they charged me €31.99. Now, a year later, they renewed for €63.99. I had to go through the motions and email them to find out who charged me. You can't cancel the (unwanted) subscription through the app. I emailed and asked for a refund since I've never used the app. They refused! Fortunately, they did cancel my subscription.

Ragazzi un prezzo così spropositato senza neanche una settimana di prova gratuita é veramente assurdo. Onestamente non ha niente di speciale rispetto ad altre cento app identiche completamente gratuite, certo puoi aggiungere delle abitudini preimpostate (che comunque dovrai modificare per adattarle ai tuoi orari e alla tua vita) ma di certo questa piccolezza non vale 15€ a settimana!!
