Not worth the money
Much better apps out there, and no refunds once paid on this platform even though they never invest in new content. After a while you have exhausted what is on the platform. Better to find a local health club that offers more.
Cancelled my subscription and yet still charged.
I cancelled my Asana Rebel subscription, but I have nevertheless been charged £54 for a subscription renewal.
As I had already cancelled the subscription before this charge was made, I would like to request a full refund of the £54 and confirmation that my subscription is now cancelled and will not renew again.
Please could you look into this and process the refund to my original payment method?

Beware of unauthorized charges
Unethical charges and doesn’t cancel when notified to cancel. Doesn’t show up under subscriptions and refused to refund and cancel subscription when initially asked. Not easy to cancel and overpriced

Even restoring purchase as I have grandfathered in the lifetime as an early buyer of the app, now even after they say have full access, I have limited access to the content compared to what they used to offer.

I wasn’t sure I was going to like this. Boy was I ever wrong. I do a work out every morning and it really sets me up for the day. The exercises are amazing and I feel like I’m in a class. I’m so thrilled I got this app!
Warning - SCAM
This app has been charging me for a renewing subscription after cancelling and I just noticed on my CC bill yet another charge. They have no customer service to speak of to assist in resolving this!!!
Can’t Cancel
I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription but absolutely no customer service.
Just had another years subscription go out of my Bank via PayPal. Had to cancel further payments on PayPal and raise a dispute because the contact email kept bouncing back.
If you intend to join for life fill your boots otherwise leave WELL ALONE.

Cancelled subscription yet charged!
I had subscribed to the app a year ago but didn’t use the app after two or three trials. I noticed on my bank account that I had been debited £102.99 for a 24-month plan whilst I had cancelled my subscription. I didn’t even show on my list of outstanding subscriptions. Emailed them today having noticed the debit and went on the app. Answered a few questions and nothing else. Not fair as they have access to PayPal account unlawfully debiting clients accounts.

I’ve been using Asana Rebel for a few years now, I’ve recommended it to several friends. It’s great, I absolutely love it 👍🏼
Also illegally renewed!
I’ve seen other people complain of this and my subscription has also been illegally renewed despite ending my subscription. I’ll now need to claim my £102 back through PayPal.
Scammers
They charged 4 times the original amount to renew my membership after I cancelled it and I can’t even get access to the material on the app. There is no way to contact them to cancel future deductions. They are like criminals. Very disappointed!
Cancel subscription
Cancelled my annual subscription three months in. Since it was an annual I was able to use the remaining months that I had paid for. I was just charged again for another annual subscription. When I go to the app it shows that I do not currently have a membership. There is a button that says cancel anytime however the hyperlink doesn’t work. Likely because i don’t have an active subscription. There is no way to contact anyone directly. I googled how to cancel. Found several landing pages that went nowhere. Eventually came across two separate emails tied to the company. I sent an email to both explaining the situation. I get back well we don’t see an active membership on our end. Check the app, check google play, check PayPal and lastly check your apple subscriptions. It was none of these mind you, needless to say no accountability so now I’m dealing with my bank. Just beware if you’re considering signing up there may be recurring charges that show up unauthorized.

Good Yoga Program
It would rate 5 stars but there are issues when it communicates with my apple health. The calories and work out time do not match what Asana Rebel claims. For those who want to start at the basic and into advanced levels this is my favorite!

It’s pretty incredible how quickly I have soured on this app. I have done basically every workout on the app, used to love them. Now? Not so much. Why are there no new workouts? What would you say our $71.99 pays for? Do you plan on releasing any new workouts soon? How about a new challenge set? Beyond that, why can’t a track what I’ve done so that I can avoid repeating workouts over and over again? The lack of new content is frustrating, I’m afraid this will be my final subscription period unless this app makes significant improvements.
