Can’t sign up

When trying to set up an account, it will not accept any format of my telephone number. Comes up with an error statement of please enter a valid telephone. Cannot find a Support contact in the app or on your website.

App does not work

I downloaded the free trial with a paid subsequent premium one year subscription. I am able to see the contents listed, but unable to play any of the videos. I am planning on deleting my account and hopefully I will not get charged.
