We have used DanceBUG for years and each season it has been one of the easiest ways to get our dance completion media! My daughter graduated this year and we forgot to get all the media off of DanceBUG and within the app, without even having to reach out, it gave us the option to have 3 days to retrieve our media without a membership!! How wonderful. Thank you for thinking of families and support our dance family. :)

Why promote live feed
Why promote a livestream when you know it won't maintain during shows? Our studio had DB come out to recital to film and livestream. We were charged for both and yet livestream failed to work. DB was made aware but nothing was fixed, nothing brought back online. Family who couldn't travel to see the recital missed it completely. They couldn't live in the moment and call/text/congratulate the dancers. Now they have to create accounts to watch it weeks later?! There's got to be a better solution. Reading reviews, this is a constant issue!!
