Awesome app!
This app is amazing. It has allowed me to organize all of my photos. They bought out Phanfare another app that allows you to get DVD's of all of your photos. I hope that SmugMug comes out with the same feature very soon and will allow you to purchase all of the pictures (on DVD) you have uploaded. Great app thank you SmugMug. Sometimes it is a bit glitchy and needs to be restarted but it is better than an external hard drive for storing pictures and videos. I had to repair two external hard drives at $1,100 each.

If I could give negative
I've been a photographer for 20 years. After several attempts to transfer my domain name without success, I asked for a refund. They denied my refund & kept charging my credit card. Additionally, they team up with go daddy - who stole my domain name. As well, I was never paid for photo purchases. Stay away- they are crooks.

Deeply bugged
App cannot open any gallery that I have, it constantly spins the loading icon and never refreshes, this must be fixed, it has been a problem for years
Terrible app
This app freezes when you open it. It makes my phone heat up like crazy and drains the battery. It often crashes. Also, when you upload images from your phone and there is an error, they show you the error but there is no recovery path. Would also love to see AI image tagging for easy curation.
Auto upload issue
I've been a customer since 2010, never had an issue in general, all the sudden back in February of this year it stopped auto upload on my iPhone, I've contacted customer support and tried to fix the problem but nothing, something changed back in February which is when the app automatically performed the last auto upload and even if I try to manually auto upload it doesn't work either.
