Worth it!
I am so excited about this plan. It adjusted to my physical limits while still making me feel like I’m 30 years old in the club! A menopause must!
Super fun
Burned lots of calories!
Fun and easy
I’m trying to lose weight and this makes it easier and fun
Dance fit me rocks!
So glad I learned of this app. Did it for the first time today, 17 minutes, which was perfect for a 58 year old. Can’t wait to dance some more!
Dance Fun!
I live the easy finance moves that make you not even realize that you are working out because it is so fun!!! Highly recommend!
Dance fit
Was a little fast for a first time
Fun and effective
This isvfun and motivating and I love the positivity.
Мне понравилось. Всего лишь 10 минут, а я уже чувствую как во мне жир топится. Спасибо.
Все класс!!!

Great dance
Some of the moves I have never seen before but it was an excellent workout and got my heart rate to 133 and I’m 66. If I can do it any one can.

👍
Great
It was so much fun!
OK for beginners
The supposedly customized plans aren’t - I should be getting at least intermediate level but more than 2 thirds of the current plan are beginner level. Also extremely repetitive.
TOTAL SCAM
Do not download this app under any circumstances. I explicitly cancelled my subscription and ordered them to stop debiting my account, yet they are still taking unauthorized payments from my bank.
Fun and easy
Great work out. Easy to follow and each dance is different - very good - much better than other apps I have used
Fun!
Gets you moving and keeps you mobile.
