SCAM DO NOT USE
I have had lots of different amounts debited from my card. I had them blocked and then they started debiting from my PayPal which I did not authorise. Three transactions at a time for different amounts. Do not use this company, once they have your details they just take money.

I’m in the 50 age group, in the absolute worst shape of my life. I’m very sedentary due to a previous broken back as well continued back pain and limitations.
I have 2 autoimmune diseases.
So I was very nervous starting. I bought it today, just finished a 25 minute workout. I was breathing a little heavy but never extreme. I feel great! I’m muscle sore and I recovered to normal breathing within 3 minutes. It was so fun dancing a new routine to each new song. I highly recommend this product.
