بعض العروض على المنتجات متاحة فقط اونلاين ولما طلبتها وصلت الاغراض بدون المنتجات اللي عليها عرض واللي طلبت اونلابن علشانها !! المفروض تزال من التطبيق اذا هي غير متاحة او يكون العرض في المتاجر كذلك

Wow wow wow!! I have just updated Danube app and I am AMAZED at how much it has improved!! No way! I’ve been using it for more than a year and never thought it would become this much user friendly, flexible and easy to navigate! Thank you soooo much!
Shocking 50% mark up on goods!
Be careful! I thought the items online were priced the same as the shop. No! I paid almost 50% more for an item even though when delivered it had the pricing label at the lower price. Very, very strange!

تم تأكيد أن الطلب مكتمل، ثم خرج للتوصيل، ثم تم تأخيره، وبعد ذلك—بشكل غير منطقي—أصبحت بعض المنتجات "غير متوفرة" بعد الإرسال! هذا ليس خطأ بسيطًا بل يدل على غياب تام للسيطرة على العمليات.
والأسوأ أنه تم تحصيل قيمة منتج لم يتم تسليمه وكان لا يزال موجودًا في الفاتورة النهائية. تحصيل قيمة منتجات مفقودة ليس مجرد سوء خدمة، بل أمر غير مقبول إطلاقًا ويثير شكوكًا جدية حول دقة الفوترة.
خدمة العملاء عديمة الفائدة—لا يوجد رد على واتساب، ولا عبر المحادثة، وانتظار طويل على الهاتف دون الوصول لأي موظف. لا يوجد أي دعم فوري لخدمة يفترض أنها فورية.
هذه ليست تجربة سيئة فقط، بل انهيار كامل في معايير الخدمة والمصداقية والمسؤولية. الخدمة بهذا الشكل غير موثوقة ولا يمكن الاعتماد عليها.
This is one of the most incompetent and unprofessional services I have dealt with.
My order was confirmed as complete, then marked out for delivery, then delayed, and then—ridiculously—items were suddenly declared out of stock after it was already dispatched. This is not a minor issue; it shows a complete lack of control over your own operations.
It gets worse. I was charged for an item that was never delivered, and it still appeared on the final invoice. Charging customers for missing items is not just poor service—it is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your billing practices.
Customer support is effectively useless. No response on WhatsApp, no reply through live chat, and being left on hold for extended periods without reaching anyone. There is absolutely no real-time support for a service that depends on real-time delivery.
This is not just “bad experience”—this is a breakdown of basic service standards, accountability, and credibility. At this point, the service cannot be trusted.

اسوء شاشة عرض للطلبات
التطبيق سابقاً كان جيداً مريح وعملية التسوق سهلة بعد التحديث اللى تم بالواجهة الجديد اصبح اسوء شيء وليس انا فقط جميع صديقاتي نفس الشكوي اكثر شيء مزعج خط اصغر ولا يحتفظ بالطلبيات اللى احطها في السلة وايضا عدم عرض الطلبيات تحت بعضها لسهولة مراجعة الطلبية .
ارسلت ٣ مرات تقييم واقتراح بتعديل التطبيق كما كان سابقاً لكن للاسف ادارة الدانوب لاتسمع لعملاءها 💔😔

افتح التطبيق علشان تشوف تفاصيل المنتج اختفت تمامًا! مافي اي معلومات عن المكونات والقيمة الغذائية كما كان في السابق 👎🏻 كيف اقيم المنتجات علشان اشتريها اذا مافي معلومات؟!

Worst online customer service
One of the worst online costumer services ever. Delivery never on time usually late 30 mins plus with no notification or a way to contact the driver. Customer service never answers on time. Something usually damaged or not in a good condition and you have to contact customer services and they arrange for pick up without telling you when maybe after 2-3 days suddenly you find the driver calling saying her arrived and usually when this happens I’m not home so of course no return or refund although it is stated in their policy “Refunds will only be given where the product is returned or photo verification of product condition is provided.” And i did provide them with an image of the damaged product “ fresh cream spilled “ and they asked me to keep it and return it when the driver contact me.
