What’s going on??
Is this app still working or not?! I’ve been trying to book appointments with no data whatsoever coming up on your app?? If it’s no longer working, delete it!

for such an important app there seems to be no support with it

This used to be a great app but no longer works. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling ect but it hasn’t helped sadly.

Can select the doctor surgery but can’t select the doctor, appointment type and search available appointment doesn’t work.

Currently can’t choose doctor or appointment type in drop down menu. Had nothing but issues with this app since installing

This app is useless. It doesn’t work. I can never choose doctor or type in the drop down bars. Please update this issue. This app is hopeless!
Never works
Nothing ever loads properly, it doesn’t even show any practices or let you update your details. I hope my doctors find a better app to use
DOB Field Fail
The date of birth field for this app won’t accept any data and there is no guidance to the correct DOB format required. Therefore you can’t register and can’t use the App. Total fail!

Error for registering
Can never get pass the register page comes up with... Please enter DOBFalse:undefined. Then I go to contact developer and it won’t even let me send them a message. I find this app to be useless.

What’s the DOB format
Trying to register for this and it does not accept any date of birth format that I am trying.
Can’t register as a new user
Wont accept my date of birth, keeps coming up with error “Please enter DOBfalse:undefined”. I’ve tried every format under the sun. Very frustrating.
Can’t complete registration
App seems to use a unique date format as all the formats I have tried result in an error message.
Stopped working
I was never a big fan of this app, seeing as you can’t cancel an appointment, but now one of the dropdown boxes won’t work so I can’t book at all.

Really great App! Good work by the developers.
This app is really reliable and great when you want to book an appointment with your dr but don’t want to wait until the surgery is open to call them. I have little kids and this app is fantastic for me as a busy mum.

Concerned
This app collects a lot of personal data about me just to register. I had not even selected what medical centre I was attending, it seemed like a lot given it was not matching my details to the practice. Also I booked an appointment but then could not cancel it online. This would lead to non attendances. I sent a support request in via the contact us- no-one got back to me. Not many practices to choose from if you don’t live in Brisbane.
