No
There isn’t even any info on how to upgrade to full app. I have been playing darbukas, riqq and tar for 15 yrs. Weekly belly dance classes and performances.
5 original arrangements of classical rhythms which have been choreographed and performed. No, the app is not intuitive. What was I looking for?
An app where I could develop variations for the rhythms. Develop solos for the rhythms. To practice with. To share with others, newer player to help them develop their skills and knowledge of the rhythms.
The rhythms I listened to were not the standard typical versions of the rhythms.
Deleted already.

Hello, Our sincere apologies for this! Unfortunately our app is a Darbuka loop player and it does not have the ability to create loops. That being said you do have the ability to import loops. Thank you!
Loops…
I would really like a performance interface for capturing individual drum hits (a virtual drum kit) and an internal sequence recorder to capture a performance loop… and a way to use an external midi sequencer if you want to use other midi loops. Could be cool!!!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and kind words about Darbuka Beats! We're really glad to hear that you find it easy to use and a helpful part of your performances. You can actually sync it to MIDI and AUv3 already!
Great start but could be better
-Add the ability to mute instruments as needed. For example I like to play some beats without the darbuka so that I can play my darbuka live with them, or without the Riq etc…
-Replace current darbuka and riq sounds with higher quality and more professional sounds from the Middle East
Thank you
