Impossibile sbloccare acquisto-Impossible to restore in-app purchase
Gioco molto bello. Dopo qualche anno dal mio acquisto in-app non posso più giocare perché il mio acquisto non esiste più. Questo problema si estende a tutti i giochi acquistati tramite acquisto in-app da Big Fish Games. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza e l’unico aiuto che ho ricevuto è stato ricevere consigli su come scaricare e ripristinare acquisti su PC con sistema operativo windows (dopo aver specificato più volte che i miei problemi erano relativi ad iPhone ed iPad). Assistenza veramente pessima!!! Se deciderete di acquistare giochi da Big Fish Games tramite acquisti in-app sappiate che, un giorno, potreste non essere in grado di sbloccarli.
Very beautiful game.After some years it’s impossibile to unlock the game i’ve previously bought by in-app purchase. I’ve the same problem with every game i’ve bought by in-app purchase from Big Fish Games.
