I accidentally deleted this game. I had five sections opened. But when I downloaded it again it starts me from the beginning. I don’t want to start over.

Fed up
My game won’t load at all since the latest eventual update after waiting months for it. Just goes to black screen and goes off BOO to game developers. Can’t carry on the game I’ve played for years. I don’t know the id number for it to give to them through the website so don’t know what to to now. I would have loved to give this five million stars and 100% as a review, but cannot as I can’t play the game now. I’m really disappointed and miss playing the game. Feel like I’m too invested to just forget about the castle fun now too😕

Spring Challenge 2026
I was so disappointed during the spring challenge I was unable to download the Castle Challenge after numerous attempts. I was unable to compete for Fairy of Dreams or Anabel with Bows. Although I enjoyed the spring challenge, after waiting so long for it, it was both annoying and disappointing that I could not complete the Castle Challenge due to it not downloading.

iOS update just erased years of progress — thanks for absolutely screwing us Big Fish. What’s the point of “connecting” to Game Center or other cloud service if the game can’t back up progress?
