Many others have the new area open and playing. I hate waiting a being last to receive it. Is it because Australia is last on your list to receive. ☹️😢😫
Lost my game at level 149
Very disappointed that support have not come back after 3 weeks, so far. Gave them my id and name and I cannot access my game. 9 years I have been playing tMidnight Castle and have spent money on this. The three stars are for the quality of the game.

Fed up
My game won’t load at all since the latest eventual update after waiting months for it. Just goes to black screen and goes off BOO to game developers. Can’t carry on the game I’ve played for years. I don’t know the id number for it to give to them through the website so don’t know what to to now. I would have loved to give this five million stars and 100% as a review, but cannot as I can’t play the game now. I’m really disappointed and miss playing the game. Feel like I’m too invested to just forget about the castle fun now too😕

Spring Challenge 2026
I was so disappointed during the spring challenge I was unable to download the Castle Challenge after numerous attempts. I was unable to compete for Fairy of Dreams or Anabel with Bows. Although I enjoyed the spring challenge, after waiting so long for it, it was both annoying and disappointing that I could not complete the Castle Challenge due to it not downloading.

INDEED DO NOT UPDATE!
iOS update just erased years of progress — thanks for absolutely screwing us Big Fish. What’s the point of “connecting” to Game Center or other cloud service if the game can’t back up progress?

I have really enjoyed playing this game but now I can’t seem to move forward unless I have a lot of coins to open new areas. I think I’m going to move on to another game.

Do not Download
Do not download if you have a mobile device! Lost all my progress (level 120) when trying to perform the update. The update put me back to level 1! When I contacted Big Fish Games I was told they do not provide support to mobile devices, only PC and Mac. My wife had this happen a couple of years ago and all she has to do was provide her ID number and they were able to get her back to where she was. I did that but was told they do not provide support to mobile devices. Why would they provide an app to play the game on my Apple iPhone and then not provide any support??? Played the game for years now it’s gone. Thanks Big Fish for nothing!

Sorry developers but the search area in Spring room 10 won’t open. Doesn’t mean I give less than 5 stars. Beautiful game for well over 10 years.
Edit: search area shows as barbecue. It’s actually the tree to the left. Found out by tapping everywhere!

Nedith
Gave up playing on level 71 as it didn't progress for months. Looked at it again recently and now on 74 but surprise surprise it now not advancing yet again. Appreciate how clever ghosts and pumpkins are but why have an ongoing story at all. Have found Titanic and Scary tales games and progressing without setbacks on both. Such a pity as graphics are beautiful but ones patience runs out over time.

Midnight Castle
I’ve been playing since the game was fairly new. As of May 22, 2026, there still is no update for iOS. My guess is that it will be discontinued soon, but who knows, right? I started a new game recently on my iPhone, but with the growing difficulty of old age, I had to give it up. Although I’m still playing on iPad, I’m not very hopeful Apple will continue to support it. It’s a shame because it was an intriguing game for quite a while. In the last two or three years, the game hasn’t progressed like before, and I’m losing interest. I would love to see someone take ownership of it. Maybe they could turn it into something worth playing. Until then, I’m hanging on by a thread.

I have been waiting for the spring game, but I haven’t been able to get it. I unstilled my game and instilled it again and again, but I don’t come up. My sister has been playing it now for two weeks. I love to be able to play the spring one to.

Anyone want to 4,000,000 coins? Totally over this game and its lack of updates for iOS! Sick of the boring repetitive daily challenges. Been playing for years, but over it now. Wish I could pass on all the coins and stuff I have accumulated because this game has become absolutely pointless. Wish I didn’t even have to give a one star rating…you don’t deserve it 😠🤬
