So far this one seems less glitchy but I’m really irritated that on the opening screen it said- login 15 coins… I logged in, it said- congratulations we have successfully logged you in and sent you 15 coins as a welcome gift… but it didn’t give me any coins…

Yet another of your games that froze in one scene. Cannot move forward. Cannot progress game. Played many of your games and thoroughly enjoy them. But this is happening too often.
Glitch
Love all these type of games. Was half way through it and it wouldn’t let me back through the maze door. Very frustrating because I was really enjoying it. Ive tried downloading it again and it still does it.
Was fun until glitch - no response to emails
The game was fun until the well-reported glitch where you can’t go back to the maze after returning the baby turtle. I emailed customer support with screenshots and details of the issue over a month ago with NO response. I resent the email and again NO response. Game is pointless and customer service is non-existent. So many glitches in this company’s games with no plans to fix. Look elsewhere for games.
Edit: I used the work around from another player about using the map to bypass the maze (thank you!) However my point still stands about this company’s customer service and not fixing their glitch.

I’m so disappointed! You cannot use hints or skips unless you buy them! Really? I have enjoyed your other games but this money grab is just too much! I accidentally hit two stars. That’s double what I intended
I received a response from a person who let me know that there is an option to watch ads to earn hints/skips. I hadn’t seen it but I’ll look. I don’t mind watching the ads. So, thanks for that information.

Just use the map feature. Click on the map to get to the next scene. That’s what I had to do & it worked

Incredible Graphic and Story
This is a wonderful game with incredible graphics and story. I love this game and would have given it 5 stars but for several puzzles which I found impossible to do or, when completed, nothing happened.
Making the liquid potion was unachievable! The maze had terrible controls, either a dead end or back to where I started from! The painting was painted like a true artist but nothing happens!!! The token did not seem to move, was highlighted yet unable to do much else!
The last puzzle which was another impossible challenge was the mirror as the beams did not work!
To carry on with this fantastic game and story, I felt it necessary to purchase some gems in order to skip these difficult and impossible puzzles.

Unable to play
This is a fun game which I was really enjoying, but I’ve had to deduct a star due to the fact that as soon as the game version had been updated 2 weeks ago, I’ve no longer been able to get onto the game. I click on it, the screen then goes black like it’s about to take me onto the game but then I’m back on my phones homepage. I’ve tried deleting and then reloading the game a few times but with no luck. So it’s a great game that deserves the extra ⭐️ if only I could play it.

Keeps Crashing
I’ve downloaded and redownloaded this game but it keeps crashing immediately after I open it :(
Cannot enter maze after turtle returned.
2nd DG game in a row I’ve played with old reported glitches which haven’t been fixed. Done with them. Save the “thanks” robo-response as it appears to be meaningless.

Maze not working correctly
Once you through the maze and go back to a different scene you cant go back to it to finish it you are basically stuck

Was really enjoying this but had to skip one mini game due to buttons missing and then the 4/8 decanting puzzle also wouldn’t work so couldn’t skip that so ended up deleting it
