Dead animal
I got one and was exited! But then... I found out it's DEAD do NOT get the wolf! Total fraud it! NO WHERE did it say that it was dead. 1743F (Maple the Red Wolf) is DEAD

I got it for Christmas in 2024 and it was hard to set up but it was worth it
Customer Service
Fahlo has excellent customer service. My QR code was not working in my animal I recently purchased they got back to me right away and resolved the issues.
Very disappointed
Got a sea turtle bracelet as a gift and started tracking on July 4th but the last time the tracker had sent info was June 23rd. They gave me one that had already been tracked for a year and a half or more.
Now it’s been three weeks and no movement.
Plus the app just tries to sell more bracelets but why would I risk the same problem again. I never got a chance to see anyone enjoy it the first time.
Pretty lame.
I mean, if I wanted to help with conservation I’d just donate and tell them not to waste the resource on bracelets, have it all go to helping the animals. But this advertised tracking an animal with the side benefit to helping with conservation and I never got to see the animal move once; only where it had been the last year and a half.
