This app is on but it is constantly glitching and breaking also I have had to replace my animal

Bracelets last one year until thee tracker “falls of” and stops working. They say you need to by a new on.

Beware issues…
Please know that when you purchase these, you can get IDENTICAL animals to track on different bracelets. How disappointing to get a little girl 2 giraffe bracelets that she was excited to see arrive- in different colors… only to have them both be for the EXACT SAME GIRAFFE. So… she does NOT get 2 to track on the app. And when you go to “contact us” on the app, it is non-functional and you can select anything other than contact them or report a bug. Not ok. These were sent in the exact same order, and no one can help fix it. If they were for sisters in the same household, how would that be fun for the kids??? This is ridiculous.

I love this app a lot because I can help take care of the environment. I like how I get updates on my turtle Twinkle every few hours or so. But I kinda wish their was more to do like a animal trivia game or something like that so it can be a little more entertaining but other than that this app is great

Love it, but…
I recently got a Fahlo Bracelet and downloaded the app to track a turtle whose name is Twinkle. I love it! However, it is annoying that it doesn’t show your turtle moving until it reaches a certain destination. But other than that, it’s pretty awesome. ✨🐢
