Darkroom is always giving me a problem. Now after subscribing, it stays on for 3 seconds and shuts down.

Downloaded the app and after doing the basic set up, didn’t work properly. Sent in a ticket and response was quick. Had the app up and running in no time. It will make the party memorable for everyone.
Stopped working completely since latest update
I just updated to the latest version 1.6.8 but the software has completely stopped working. As soon as I press start event, it shuts down. My iPad is on the latest so version.
My go to App
I own many of darkroom software products, photobooth for ipad has been so great and easy to use, easy to cutomize, great features to make my clients happy, we run several ipads at a time, taking 1000's of pics a night, no down time! Now what counts the most is the customer service/ tech support team 10 out of 10 every time each time we speak about a issue i am that much more knowlegable. keep up the goos work, MS

I have found Darkroom Booth for iPad to be easy to setup and easy to use including saving output on the iPad, to Dropbox, or to a live Event Gallery (another Darkroom Software product).

DO NOT USE
I wish I could give this app zero stars. Zero of the photos from my wedding were saved and the app is so poorly written they don’t save backups anywhere. What am I even paying for? Horrible. Don’t use it!!

The default setting in Darkroom Booth is “always save” images to iPad. When this setting is turned off by the user images are not saved. The user, @alainaod, informed our support team that she wanted to save space on her iPad. We are sorry the user didn't have a chance to become familiar with the app prior to their event. We recommend new users spend some time on the Darkroom Software support site for training and tutorials prior to using the app in a real world event.
Don’t expect much
Pretty overpriced for what you get. Extremely disappointed purchasing this.
Had there been some form of respectful or understanding customer service channel, there might have been an opportunity to rectify some of the issues, however the support team was nothing but disrespectful.
If you’re looking to use this app in your business, I would look elsewhere before even downloading a trial version here.

Buyer beware!
This software is written to when you need to have a technical degree to work with it. The software doesn’t automatically save images which if I had known prior to using it, I would have used a different photo booth software. I would not recommend this software to anyone, there are better and less expensive options available and automatically save images because things happen with technology and software, this cost me a lot of money.

We have since changed the app's default setting to "always save" images to iPad. We are sorry the user didn't have a chance to become familiar with the app prior to their event. Good start.. but..
First off, I want to say thank you for having a reasonably priced software, that can be purchased flat out! However the lack of templates is a deal breaker. As a nice to have, it would be great if the setup could be done from a computer as well instead of on the iPad, this is a huge time saver for me.
