Semi-functional
This app is not user friendly. It glitches out half the time. Another big problem is it only allows you to top up not directly charge your card. But the prices appear to change based on how much is in your account. For example I had 4.70 in my account and check the ride price- it was 10.30. So I topped up to 10.70 in my account and went to order the ride. Now the price of the ride to the airport showed as 10.80. The minimum top up is $2 and is non-refundable. But I topped up again because I had to. I went back to order the ride after topping up. Now the cost went back down to 10.30 which is what it was before topping up the first time. So a waist of $2 that the driver doesn’t get but the company gets to keep. Silly way to set it all up especially in a place people come for limited amount of time

mm this app is so..!
i am unsure if the app chooses to work like this out of spite or simply because the company isn’t getting enough funding to continue to care about the app.
brunei already suffers enough with insufficient public transport made in mind for those without a car or those who literally cannot drive a car. not only does this app often bug out and keep bringing you back to the log in screen — the insane amount of patience a person has to have just to wait for a driver to accept whatever destination you want to go to takes forever.
you could even take up an hour of waiting and still receive nothing and the reason is given “the driver isn’t close enough to where you are right now!”
i quite literally use dart only because my parents aren’t able to send me or any able body adult with a license that i know can — those who WILLINGLY work for this company should not be THIS picky with who they drive or what distance they are willing to do to reach that person.
like, hello? i’ve been patiently waiting for half an hour and i am 100% sure no driver is going to accept my request because it’s not close by enough to sacrifice fuel (which mind you, is cheaper than bottled water) to drive from one place to another. and what’s even worse? i can’t even walk to my destination because there is literally little to no built-in side walks meant for walking AND the public transport here is absolutely horrible too.

Many issues
Works but has many problems. Cannot find drop off location, doesn’t show accurate location of the driver. Needs a major revamp.
Chat does not work
I can find the driver, but the chat does not work.
Not compatible with Apple devices
App crashes as soon as a ride is accepted on Apple devices. No way to know which car or driver has accepted your ride. VERY UNSAFE.
Fix Review Button
I use Dart a lot and I’ve never been able to leave reviews for the drivers! The ‘Review’ button doesn’t work, only the ‘Dismiss’ button does. Please fix this!
Ruined our trip
The app does not work. It crashes and you can’t log in to see your trip information, you can’t respond to the driver, etc… every share ride app in the world work - except for this one. The frustration to away from our experience in Brunei. Apparently technology isn’t there thing.
Doesn’t work
If you go to Brunei, you are better off renting a driver or your own car. The app will find a driver and then immediately perpetually crash so you cannot find the driver, their information, nor communicate.
Cant register
Malaysia ln number try to register but the app say invalid number after even the sms authen verification.
App crashes into a limbo state
I signed up, logged in, so far so good. I then submitted (“let’s dart”) and app immediately crashed to desktop. I start getting messages from the driver and every time I get the message notification, when I load the app it immediately crashes. I was horrified the poor driver would think we disappeared but fortunately we had chosen a pickup at a hotel and we waited at the lobby and the driver was smart enough to come in to look for us so we actually made the trip. I think the app has been insufficiently tested? Not sure why it’s crashing but this is an iPhone 14 Plus.

Reliable local get around
Had been hesitant to use the app with its poor reviews here and elsewhere online. But it has been consistently great. Been using it to and from airport as well as other times when got stuck with transport locally. Always got picked up and dropped off safely and promptly.

星1も付けたくないです。配車後にアプリが落ちて再度立ち上げましたが、その後もずっと落ち続けて配車情報(ドライバー、ナンバープレート等)が全く見れず、ドライバーと合流するのが極めて困難です。アプリの再インストール、及び端末自体の再起動も試しましたがダメで、どうしようもないです。早急に改善を求めます。(2025/6/27)

App crashes after a driver was assign to you, it won’t open at all unless the driver completes the request or cancel

Horrible
Worst app to use, worst service, should just shut it down. The people running this should also just bury yourselves in a hole
Keeps logging me out
I’ve tried everything, resetting my password, deleting and redownloading the app, even updating it—but nothing works. The password change screen doesn’t show any confirmation after pressing the button, and it just logs me out every time I try to log in. Super frustrating.
Good apps for travelling in BSB
Such a nice apps especially if you're a tourist visiting Bandar Seri Begawan. It really helpful and easy to use. Just one note, you HAVE to use Brunei local number. Cannot use your roaming package.
Frustrated tourist
The app has an issue. Once I made the booking, I couldn’t log in, and the app keeps jumping out to my phone’s main screen. I tried restarting my phone, and I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing works. The rider canceled my ride because they were unable to contact me. This is very inconvenient for tourists. Please solve the issue.
