Pathetic customer service and app experience, i was supposed to receive a mothers day gift and on the app it was confirmed that i was getting the delivery, but with no prior notice or update on the app, they cancelled the order and spoilt mother’s day for us

Fake products though it looks authentic initially
After ordering one product, seeing the quality and brand marks I felt it’s genuine and ordered multiple products love moschino, Versace couture and Marc Jacob’s, initial few months it was all good and each bags I have hardly used 4 or 5 times and with a lot of care since it’s expensive, but after one year Versace couture leather started to peel and when I checked with them they dint do any help saying it’s wear and tear and then Marc Jacob’s bag metal coating was coming off which clearly shows it’s fake product, don’t become fool and buy expensive stuffs from this website.

Super Face copy product.
After being impressed by their attractive website, I ordered a KENZO Paris cap through the Darveys App without hesitation. However, it took a very long time for the cap to be delivered. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that the product was coming from abroad and would take some time. Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the logo was imperfect and there were undulation in the cap corners. When I contacted Customer Care for a return option, they stated that they would only accept returns for manufacturing defects and requested photos as proof. After sharing photos highlighting the clear defects, they claimed it was a genuine product and refused to accept the return. I was shocked by their response. After reading customer reviews of this website, I realized that this is a clear case of professional fraud. There is no point in pursuing them for a return, as they seem to be cheating others by providing duplicate products. Pursuing legal action would only result in additional expenses and consume more time. They are well aware of this and are exploiting and profiting off others by engaging in deceitful practices.

FAKE CLOTHING APP its a SHAM
All the products on this website is fake. They are cheaters . Once you buy product from them and you make payment, they wont give you your money back if you wont to return the product. They dont even agree that they are selling counterfeit clothing. Not even 1st copy but the 3 rd copy products.

Bad experience
Had a really bad experience, received a fake item. Ordered an MK Bag , but received a different product and not I have been contacting for the costumer regarding the issue, but are posting the return pickup from past 2 weeks
Fake Fake Fake Fake
Know that this app is absolutely fake. They sell third grade copies and duplicates. Never ever trust these people. Bought one pendant worth rupees 4,990/- and within a month the Colour got faded. Contacted these unprofessionals and they helped me with nothing but tried to convey that it’s not Darveys fault and they cannot even fix it. These unprofessionals are so pathetic and useless. I hope they fall in some legal trouble soon. I wish and I really hope.

Don’t buy from this app . As they are cheaters.
They write no where on the app at the time of cod option to make an advance payment for the same. And when the order is confirmed and you receive a mail for the confirmation neither does that specify for any advance payment. Then an executive calls you in a days time and asks you for advance cash payment or any other form of payment for your cod order ,without any written confirmation for the same. And if you won’t make any advance payment for your cod they will cancel your order.

Not optimised properly for 13 pro max
Whenever i try to go back to previous page the back option doesn’t seem to work instead it takes me to my last opened app. Upper and lower area are not properly optimised of app
