Easy to use
My financial adviser moved me to DASH a few months ago and have only just downloaded the mobile app. I find it easy to use, clear to read and means I can access my reports from anywhere now.
Very poor UI on Mobile app
I have been using Dash client portal and compared to most products in the market it ranks at the bottom for this across all the apps I’ve used. Also a callout that the data analytics for the user is the worse I’ve experienced. The graphs are even poor and don’t represent what I would expect for my portfolio.

Incorrect and delayed updates of balances
It does not show balance updates as of actual amounts. It reflects delayed and old data. Dashboard is not correct, does not show real amounts.
